Since some of you might not follow me on twitter (baaaaad, really baaaad), I tought I’d give you a status. So yesterday I started my trip with the Interview of Woz. The audio is online and the video is coming soon. Sorry it takes so much time, but this morning I had a 1GB file and I realize there was NO WAY I could upload such a file from the shi… poor internet connections here. So please wait a bit more. It’s worth, believe me. Woz is like the nicest guy on earth. One of a kind. Type C, as he says.

That’s the picture we took after the interview. Since we had some problems with the audio I’m not gonna upload the whole interview right now, but only the parts where the audio is great.

Here’s the audio, and the video in iPod format… It took longer than expected but it’s finally here. When I’ll be back in Europe I will put the 1GB version online for the “premium subscriber” (being the peopple who send me 2 eur per month via PayPal).

Yes, those guys deserve some “extras” and this video in Higher Quality will be the first extra ;) But in the mean time, you can all watch this on your iPod. Enjoy !

In June 2007 I had the immense pleasure to sit at a table with Woz for about an hour. It was just before my first WWDC.

He spoke a lot about the old days at Apple, about Bill Gates, and the movie Pirates of Silicon Valley, … A must watch!

Just arrived after being awake for almost 24h… I’m gonna write some email, give some calls, and then crash in the bed… gotta be ready for Woz tomorow !

You better send it again, we had something badly configured on the server, the mails where stuck on it, and I am now received around 26 000 emails. I’m not gonna read every single one (99% being SPAM of course). I hope nobody sent an email to “i-d-like-to-sponsor-your-show-1-million-dollar-a-month” at stuff ;) ;)

As you probably know I’ll be interviewing WOZ this monday. I got some questions, but this is your chance to ask him your one ! Write it in the comments and I may ask him monday !

As a side note, the video you see took 4 minutes to encode for Apple TV with the turbo.264 and about 30 minutes without ! I’m not kidding ! It seems that the longest the video is, the fastest it is. Elgato’s turbo.264 reached 72fps when exporting. I think I might do more of those Hardware and software Review, what do you think ? BTW on the vPod video you can go full screen, and on the feed you can also have both iPod and Apple TV ! Check the video here !
