Review : Elgato turbo.264

As a side note, the video you see took 4 minutes to encode for Apple TV with the turbo.264 and about 30 minutes without ! I’m not kidding ! It seems that the longest the video is, the fastest it is. Elgato’s turbo.264 reached 72fps when exporting. I think I might do more of those Hardware and software Review, what do you think ? BTW on the vPod video you can go full screen, and on the feed you can also have both iPod and Apple TV ! Check the video here !

Superbe présentation en tous cas. Bravo pour la mise en scène Stuff. Le produit a l’air interessant pour ceux qui bossent beaucoup avec la video.

hey, stuff. I don’t think you did a proper comparison – you exported to Apple TV from Quicktime but you forgot to change the setting from iPod High to Apple TV within the turbo.264 software. Not sure how much of a difference that would’ve made, though, for a 1-minute clip.

C’est vrai que ça mériterait un petit article ou au moins un graphique pour comparer les performances sur plusieurs machines (et par exemple ressortir le mini G4 du placard lol)
